The promoter is McPherson Newspapers Pty Ltd (ABN 89 004 552 794) of 7940 Goulburn Valley Hwy, Kialla VIC 3632 (“Promoter”), trading as Small Farms Magazine (“Small Farms”).
Entry into the competition will be by Valid Entry, accepted between 16 February 2018 and 30 April 2018 (“Promotional Period”).
Entry will be via electronic entry form, available via the Small Farms website. An entry will be deemed to be a Valid Entry where all mandatory fields (marked as such) are completed and the form is submitted to Small Farms.
The winner will be judged based on the merit of the response provided in the Valid Entry to the question: “In 25 words or less, how would a new Bobcat make your neighbours green with envy?”. The winning entry will be judged based on creativity of the response provided.
Any incomplete entry forms will be deemed to be invalid, and will not be considered as a part of the competition.
Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Prize is 1 new BOB-CAT CRZ 52” ride-on mower, valued at RRP $9,450.00 (“Prize”), provided by SME Mowers of 1 Hartog Place, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650 (“SME”).
Entries will be judged by a representative of the Promoter on 15 May 2018 and the winner’s name will be published online at the Promoter’s public Facebook page within 30 days of the end of the Promotional Period.
The Prize is to be redeemed and claimed in person at SME at the address stated above – unless otherwise agreed to between the winner and SME. The Promoter will play no part in the delivery of the Prize.
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. Transport to and from and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter does not provide guarantee or warranty of any sort in relation to the Prize – all claims relating to warranty after the Prize is awarded are between the winner and SME.
Entry is open to residents aged eighteen years or over only – excluding any employee or party related to either McPherson Newspapers Pty Ltd or SME.
Only the winner will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. The winner’s details will be provided to SME, who will arrange for the winner to collect the Prize from a nominated location (an agreeable SME distribution location that may require travel from the winner’s normal residence).
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of normal business activity, disclose the personal information to third parties as required (including SME).
Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter or related entities (including SME) may use any personal information provided for future promotional / marketing activity.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, lengthen or terminate the competition at any time without notice.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
